Every cable is individually hand-built, carefully inspected, and electrically tested before it leaves our shop. We stand behind our workmanship with a Lifetime Warranty and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.


30-Day Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

We accept returns on all cables, including custom-built cables, provided the item is returned in good condition.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost during return shipment.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your return has been received.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Lifetime Warranty

Every cable we build is backed by our Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.

If your cable fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

What’s Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects such as:

  • Defective solder joints 
  • Connector failure during normal use 
  • Defective cable materials 
  • Manufacturing or assembly defects

What’s Not Covered

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Cutting or severing the cable 
  • Crushing, pinching, or abrasion 
  • Accidental damage 
  • Abuse or misuse 
  • Improper installation 
  • Unauthorized modification or repair 
  • Damage caused by vehicles, pets, or environmental hazards 

Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect the performance of the cable is not considered a warranty issue.


Warranty Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the cable to us for warranty evaluation.

If the warranty claim is determined to be a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the cable and cover the cost of return shipping back to you.

If inspection determines the failure is not covered under warranty, we will contact you before proceeding with any repair or return shipment.
